Gemma Collins revealed that she used to drink six cans of Diet Coke everyday before her amazing weight loss transformation.
The 34 year old TV personality admitted that joining the series 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' is the reason why she decided to overhaul her diet. She revealed to new! magazine via Ok! before changing her regime, she "used to drink about six cans [Diet Coke] a day." Now, that she is focusing on losing weight, she teamed up with the juicing guru Jason Vale, she said she's already drinking "loads of water" to hydrate her throughout the day and has been avoiding the soda.
As she is aiming to lose a lot of weight and hoping to drop down to size 16 before Christmas, Gemma admitted that she's not hitting the gym to reach her goals but instead she always monitors her food intake.
Collins, who was headlined before as she sparked rumors she's dating "violent criminal" Carl Entwistle after she posted a photo of themselves on Instagram said that she's been busy lately to find a man and insisted that her main focus right now is "work."
Meanwhile, the former TOWIE star is currently in the jungle for the ITV2 spin-off show, 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!.' Gemma successfully did a trial but unfortunately wet herself after she completed the Bushtucker Trial.
The reality star was challenged by presenter Joe Swash to complete a trial, which included eating different animal parts. At first, she appears to be okay but turned repeatedly sick after chewing a rogue cockroach and exclaimed it's going to "give her a brain tumour." Further adding, "I can't get pregnant by this?"
But things got a little bit messier when she ate the crocodile penis as she admitted "I wet myself, I was sick, it was awful."
