‘Supernatural’ Spoilers Season 11 Episode 8: Sam’s Childhood Imaginary Friend Sully Comes Back to Life; What Will Happen In ‘Just My Imagination’? [VIDEO]

Fans will be able to witness the return of Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam (Jared Padalecki) as they reunite with their old friend Sully (Nate Torrence) in the forthcoming all-new episode of "Supernatural" Season 11.

International Business Times reported that the Winchester brothers will make a major comeback after their Thanksgiving hiatus. The two will dive into the world of Sam's imaginary pal Sully.

Additionally, the new and fresh episode will involve a flashback to young Sammy who conjured up the invisible friend to remain on his side while older brother Dean and his father were off on their hunting escapades.

Answers about the haunting question why Sam's childhood buddy chose to reenter to his life will also be unveiled. Sully will make an unexpected appearance with the hopes that his BFF can help his former bestie, according to the episode 8 synopsis.

Furthermore, it was divulged in the teaser clip for the upcoming installment that a mysterious killer killed the imaginary creatures which the children created. "It's a blood bath," Sully stated fearfully in a video from episode 8 where he clearly appeared fearing for his own life as he looks at the assassination scene of a mermaid.

Aside from seeing the boys take on new and perplexing tasks, viewers will also get to take a look into Sam's childhood days. "Flashbacks reveal young Sam's friendship with Sully and why he needed him," the summary noted.

Meanwhile, Variety previously reported that Sully appeared at the "Just Imagination" episode since he needs Dean and Sam's helping hands. It was "Supernatural" alum Richard Speight Jr., who played the angel Gabriel character in several episodes between seasons two and nine, who directed the episode.

"Supernatural" is set return after its short break on Dec. 2, at 9 p.m. EST on the CW. Watch the teaser clip below:
