Cinnamon can speed up metabolism which prevents storage of fat to increase. It also lowers blood sugars that are directly associated to obesity.

Kelp is a Japanese favorite which is similar to seaweed that can be added to dinner or lunch. It can be a sushi seasoning too.

Drinking turmeric can improve digestion and help control weight. It also fuels gallbladder to produce more bile acids. The more the bile acids it produces the more is the tendency to break down food and digest fat easily. It also put a stop to bloating and gas.

Pomegranates have anti-oxidants that stimulate healthy digestion and are rich in fiber.

Wormwood is also a good way of body detoxification. The more it speeds up metabolism and digestion the more it quickly gets rid of body toxins.
