HP Collaborates With Biggest Watchmakers To Develop Smartwatches

The Hewlett-Packard Company with the collaboration of some of the biggest watchmakers, has just released its latest smart watch.

The American multinational company known for its printers and computers has widened its area of business as it unveiled the latest smart watch. To make it more interesting, HP worked with two of the biggest watch makers in the world in order to create a high quality device.

Just last week, the multi tech company announced that they are teaming up with Movado Group in order to produce "responsive, not intrusive" watches. Recently, the company stated that Titan company will also be their partner for the manufacturing of smart watches.

Both of the two watch companies are known for their quality devices. Titan, which is a joint venture between Tata Group and the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation, is considered as the world's fifth largest manufacturer of wrist watches.

Together with HP, it can be expected that the new smart watch will have awesome features and quality. The said collaboration under the code name of Engineered by HP, offers a commitment to produce an improved hardware modules for the well known "everyday devices" such as smart watches and smartphones.

In a statement, Sridhar Solur stated the main objectives of HP in terms of their latest smart watches.

"Engineered by HP is reinventing the experience consumers have with everyday accessories by making existing objects smarter through innovative materials, design and technology, to keep people connected to the way they live today," explained by the general manager for wearables and smart platforms at HP.
