Channing Tatum's Daughter Keeps Him From Getting Out of Shape

Channing Tatum's little girl is keeping him active and making him always break a sweat.

The 35-year-old actor admits that he wasn't able to go to the gym and do even just a little work out or like the usual after he starred on his latest movie Magic Mike XXL but he's not worried that he might lose his shape or might gain weight because his little 2-year-old girl is always making him run after her. He said that he has not been in to the gym ever since Magic Mike XXL and has not worked out properly.

In an interview, he said that his daughter is helping him keep his shape in tact. ''Everly is great. The reason why I won't be getting too fat is because I'm running around after her all the time. She was on her feet at nine months, so it's a constant marathon. But she's a wonderful kid. Life is good. I'm lucky.''

The "Jupiter Ascending" actor said that the choices he makes in his career have all changed ever since he became a father to Everly that he had with his wife Jenna Dewan tatum who's also an actress. He said that his home and his family is his priority, so he has to go through deep-thinking before he says yes to a job. Before he agrees to do a job, he always asks himself first whether a certain job is worthy of him being away from his family. ''It's [fatherhood is] very much impacting on my choices. Now I think, 'Is this job worth being away from them?' I want to be there as much as I can. Home is the priority."

One of Tatum's favorite part of being a father is that he gets to see his daughter sleeping every morning, ''I want to be up early in the morning to make sure my daughter is still sleeping. You don't want to miss that. You don't want to miss seeing that.''
