Adele, Jimmy Fallon and The Roots Performed 'Hello' Using Classroom Instruments

In the midst of countless memes and covers for Adele's come back single Hello, late night talk show host, Jimmy Fallon did not disappoint when he and his band, The Roots - performed their ingenious version of the song.

The catch? The band performed it using classroom instruments - from hand clappers, wood blocks, xylophone together with the powerful vocals of none other than Adele herself. She even had a toy flip phone as she sing along. The melody resembled that of an acoustic performance and it was just perfect, having The Roots do the second voice on the chorus.

The said epic performance was aired a day after Adele was seen appearing on The Tonight Show on Monday, playing a game of "Box of Lies" and performing "Water Under the Bridge" of her new album 25.

In the 3 minute video posted on the Facebook page of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the 27-year-old British diva was seen hitting the high notes of her chart topping hit - effortlessly as she sings seated alongside Jimmy Fallon. She was also seen enjoying the whole performance and even shared a few smirk while singing.

As of writing, the said post already had 14.7 million views and almost 500k likes and 30k comments. It won the heart of the netizens even commending the idea of using toys for a professional artist like Adele.

Barb Miller Aragon commented on the video: "Adele is amazing - and let's not forget The Roots who can play absolutely anything and are awesome!"

Another fan Claudia Ovidio Garza, commented that Adele's singing prowess in spite of the musical set-up: "Wow only Adele can actually sing live and sound exactly or even better than listening to the record. It's so hard to find real artist now a days that sound amazing without all the auto tuning. ALL Hail the Queen!!!"
