Huawei Mate 8: The Ultimate Mobile Phone has Arrived

Huawei, a Chinese mobile phone manufacturer, has revealed its new flagship phone, the Huwawei Mate 8. This phablet has a very powerful chipset and ground breaking technology. It will be available in stores on the first quarter of next year 2016.

The specs of this phablet includes a 6-inch screen with 1920 x 1080 pixels of resolution. The screen itself is armed with "Force Touch." It enables the screen to analyze and detect degrees of finger pressure. The processor is a brand new octa-core Kirin 950 which has about four 2.3GHz ARM Cortex A72 chips and four 1.8GHz A53 chips. The Mate 8 on record is on top of the list when it comes to power. The Mate 8 is ahead of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Note 4.

The Mate 8 is 4G compatible. It has a digital fingerprint sensor and it is also equipped with a Near Field Communication (NFC) Chip. It's main camera is 16-megapixel and the front camera is 8-megapixels.

Storage wise the Huawei mobile is expected to offer the range between 32 GB and 128 GB memory, and it can be also expanded with microSD card, along with 3-4GB of RAM depending on the type of version you procure.

The operating system for this power phablet Mate 8 will run on Android Marshmallow (6.0), along with Huawei's own EMUI or Emotion UI skin on top.

Consumers will have four options for colors of the power phablet namely gray, black, gold and bronze.

Although it has been unveiled now, the power phablet will not yet be available for the masses come 2016, it will be initially released first in China then it will make its way to the rest of the world. A demonstration will be performed at CES in Las Vegas come January 6 till January 9,2016. According to surveys and statistics that Huawei mobile was the third biggest seller of smartphones and phablets in the world in the third quarter of 2015 with 27.2 million units sold, behind Samsung 83.5m and Apple with 46m.
