Last weekend, various news articles such as The Latin Post revealed that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's prenuptial agreement contained, besides a cheating clause that specified that she would get full custody of the couple's children, the creation of a trust fund in the case of for their children - this fund would cover what the couple have "brought into their union", where the cash would be divided evenly in six ways.

This comes as no shock when considering that when joining Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's net worth, the result would actually be around $270 million, as Angelina is worth around $120 million and Brad Pitt's net worth is $150 million.

Brad Pitt's net worth is considerable, as he has been in the spotlight since 1994, when he co-starred in the hit feminist film Thelma & Louise, with Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis. His role as Davis' boyfriend made him an overnight sensation, and he's had a steadily growing career ever since then, going from 90s heartthrob (in films like 'Legends of the Fall' and 'Meet Joe Black') to serious actor in the past decade with edgier roles like 'Moneyball', 'The Tree of Life' and 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button'.

He met his fellow superstar wife, Oscar winning actress Angelina Jolie, on the set of the 2005 film 'Mr. And Mrs. Smith', while he was still married to 'Friends' star Jennifer Aniston. They have six children together: Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne; three were adopted and three are their biological children.

As both Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's net worth is well beyond the $100 million line, they considered it the wisest choice to have a prenup, even after having been together for a decade.
