There's a new TV series that will surely make everyone hold on to their seats because of the suspense and the amount of gore that they are about to witness. The title is 'Serial Thriller: The Chameleon' and it is not just from an imagination of a very creative writer, but it is actually based on a true story that happened back in 1985. The Inquisitr reported that this is set to premiere this Sunday, December 6 on Investigation Discovery channel.
A prequel to this story has already been released and it was more on the life of a certain Bundy. They also featured the real life story of killer Stephen Peter Morin, who was 34 years old when he was convicted for the murder of Carrie Marie Scott who was 21 years of age that time. According to The New York Times, Morin was executed not only for that one crime but also for killing two other young women by the names of Sheila Ann Whalen, 23, and Hanna Bruce, 21.
The network saw it as a good potential story for a documentary type of series to not just entertain viewers, but to make them learn about how it all happened. This will certainly leave a lot of their audience even more intrigued on the investigation process because this was one of the toughest ones to crack in the history of serial killers and their madness. Since that was their concept, they thought of making it even more exciting. The viewers will try to guess who killed who in the story, which would make it even more exciting with the clues that the plot will imply.
For this particular series, the clue is that the killer was labeled as "The Chameleon." There was a murderer named Elaine Parent who went by that alias. But then again, the trailer indicates that the person behind the crime was a man.
