Preschoolers Attempt to Name Teacher's Unborn Child – Gets Funny Results

Kids can turn out to be amazing. Their actions, their words, their constant curiosity is contagious. It's admirable really. How these young ones can be so innocent yet brilliant at the same time. It won't take long before you even know how genius these kids are today.

There is one astounding Reddit post that showed preschoolers choosing names for an unborn child, Today.com reports. The result is just outright funny. What would you expect from a bunch of little angels?

The user Megpie_01wrote, ""My cousin is a preschool teacher and asked her students to suggest names for the baby she is expecting."

She added, "It went well."

Some of the entries from the kids were hilarious but there were suggested names that are just pure genius.

To top the list are Grandma, Elephant, Potato, and Strawberry. The others picked out the usual names like Mona, Gracie, and Rooney.

It is very interesting to look at this from a child's point of view. Try to ask a preschooler for your future baby's name: You'll get the darndest results.

We can't really contest the preschooler's naming skills. It's not only the kids who are thinking these unique names. Even parents can get a little too competitive in the baby-naming section. They all want their kid to be named the most unusual way.

Let's take Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's newborn baby - they named him 'Saint West'. Talk about unique.

The baby-naming culture these days is most affected by social media. There are mommies naming their children even after Instagram filters and other influences based on the data from Social Security.

Some parents named their baby girls, Valencia and Juno. For baby boys, Ludwig and Lux. Try to top that, people.

Now, the quest for the most original and extraordinary name is on. Just please don't name your baby Facebook or Twitter.
