Britney Spears' Weight Loss: Singer Follows Low- Carb Diet And Cardio Workout

Britney Spears has been reigning the music realm for many years, but has been mocked in recent years for negative press released over her bad behavior and after gaining few pounds. But after some motivation from her family and friends, the pop star managed to bounce back and now has a hot, rocking body that has been breaking the internet lately.

Just recently, the Pretty Girls singer showed the fruit of her diet success by posting a sexy pic on Twitter. In the snap shot, Britney was wearing a black cut off shirt that perfectly outlined her washboard abs.

"Enough said," Britney wrote along with the pic, showing her top emblazoned with the phrase "Mean People Suck."

Spears, who was fat shamed after gaining weight, lost her unwanted pounds through a low carb diet, cardio exercise and yoga workouts, Celebrity Health & Fitness reported. But although she's working hard to shed off some pounds, the singer admitted she sometimes find it hard to stick to a healthy diet as she's a food lover, particularly to sweet treats.

So, to keep everything in balance, Spears always eats healthy and follows a low carb diet while indulging in some sweet goodies once in a while. But she always see to it that she burn her fats through her workout routine.

"Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically," said Spears. "I don't mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn't have a problem being motivated."

Britney keeps her figure thin with cardio exercises, she usually runs on the treadmill or sometimes does elliptical trainer when she's at home.

Meanwhile, the Piece of Me singer is currently busy working on her latest album. This would be her ninth studio album. The world can't wait to see what she will be offering next to her fans as she sings her way back to the top.
