For anyone who has picked up issues of Shape Magazine or Men's Health, some celebrities are clearly healthy. (Think Jessica Alba, Gwyneth Paltrow, or anyone who has graced their covers in the past few months.)

But even without rock-hard abs or shaped arms and legs, you can still be considered healthy, whether you are a celebrity or just a regular folk. While it's quite hard to find much fat in Hollywood these days, this list puts more emphasis on being fit instead of simply looking fit.Read on to find out more.

1.       Jennifer Hudson

Her amazing weight loss journey is no secret. From a size 16 to a 6 and losing more than 80 pounds, she has previously said she's prouder of her weight loss than her Oscar award. She credits her body transformation to a strict regimen of portion control and exercise, and by sticking to it, she became an inspiration for people all over the world. Aside from giving inspiration, Hudson is also giving back. She opened "The Weight Watchers Jennifer Hudson Center" in her Chicago hometown, and a portion of its revenue will go to a foundation for families of murder victims that Hudson co-founded in honor of her late nephew.

2.       Will Ferrell

This Get Hard comedian is not just an eager runner; he is a fast runner too! Ferrell completed the Boston Marathon in a little less than four hours (3:56:12). "People get terribly underwhelmed when they when they recognize me in a race. There's nothing funny going on. It's just a lot of silence and pain," he tells Competitor.com.

3.       Kevin Smith

After famously getting booted of a Southwest flight for being "too large" for his seat, this Clerk director bounced back by shedding more than 85 pounds. His secret? He avoids sugar, drinks a lot of vegetable juices, and walks his dogs, according to his interview with Men's Health.

4.       Lena Dunham

This Girls creator and actress took to Instagram to write about how she was able to connect with her body through running. In her interview with ESPNW, she explained than, "[When we exercise,] our superficial quibbles with our bodies lessen because we realize what our bodies can do for us. My relationship to eating, my relationship to critiquing my own shape, all of that has changed since I've started viewing my body much more as a tool to do my work."

5.       Jonah Hill

While he is not your usual ripped man-crush (yet), he gets recognition for being on a continuing quest to a healthier lifestyle. After gaining a whopping amount of weight for his role in Arms and Dudes, he is now committed to getting healthy for good, working out three times a week, meditating, and addressing his emotional issues regarding his yo-yo weight, a source from National Enquirer says.
