It's been thirty years since the track "Gin & Juice" debuted on the Grammy Award-nominated album Doggystyle, but the song has been a party anthem ever since. Dr. Dre and Snoop have decided to start a joint venture to actualize the tune as a premium cocktail brand so we can feel the vibe they experienced when they wrote it.The drinks come in four flavors: Citrus, Melon, Passionfruit, and Apricot, and will be distributed nationally through Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits to retailers in the States.

Hip-Hop Celebrities With Alcohol Brands

This isn't the first hip-hop-inspired spirit. Artists like Drake, Cardi B, Jay-Z, Tavis Scott, and Diddy have all had turns in launching alcohol brands, but this one is the first drink that is named after a song that had us all waving our hands in the air at the club when we were first able to get a legal buzz on.

Snoop Dogg's Food Empire

Snoop Dogg has been a busy man in the food game. The Martha Stewart bestie and music industry icon released a wine brand, Snoop Cali Wines in 2020, and eleased a cookbook, "From Crook To Cook", in 2021. He first launched his Snoop Cereal line last year, though he is currently suing Walmart and Post for its "diabolical" sabotage. He's also created a food brand, Broadus Foods, and released grits, oatmeal, and maple syrup brands inspired by his mom Beverly Tate, along with cold brew coffee, and even an ice cream line. Now, he's going back to his roots with his close friend and musical collaborator Dr. Dre to bring one of their biggest hits to life in a ready-to-drink cocktail.
