Is Raw Cheese Worth the Risk?

Raw Farm has made raw milk products since 1998. This means they don't pasteurize their dairy. Raw dairy products have not been pasteurized to kill diseases like Listeria, Salmonella, or E. coli. Always proceed with caution when considering any products made with raw milk. The FDA publishes a great guide to raw milk safety that you can check out for more details.

What Should You Do If You've Bought Raw Farm's Recalled Cheddar?

If you bought cheese with the codes listed here, throw it away or return it to the store for a refund. If you suspect you may have been exposed to E. coli bacteria seek medical attention immediately. E. coli symptoms include mild to bloody diarrhea, stomach pain, cramping, nausea, and vomiting.
