Schweppes Zero Sugar Ginger Ale lovers: pay close attention! PepsiCo recently issued a recall on some cases of its zero-sugar ginger ale. Apparently, an internal investigation revealed a bit of a mix-up. Some cans labeled as "Zero Sugar" actually contain the regular, full-sugar version.

What To Know About the Schweppes Ginger Ale Recall

  • The recall only affects Schweppes ZERO SUGAR GINGER ALE CAFFEINE FREE in 7.5 fl oz (221 mL) cans.

  • Look for the UPC code: 0 78000 02965 9  

  • The affected cases were produced between May 20, 2024 and May 5, 2024 (look for codes MAY20240520VS02164 - MAY20240550VS02164).

  • These products were shipped to stores in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

If you have any of these cases at home and are watching your sugar intake, you should either throw them out or return them to the store where you bought them.
