Trailer: New Brad Pitt Movie, “Fury”

Brad Pitt stars in a new World War drama movie, "Fury" with co-stars Shia LaBeouf and Logan Lerman.

The highly anticipated movie made a US release on October 17 and concluded the recent London Film Festival on October 19.

From his another World War film, "Inglorious Basterds", Pitt comes back as "Wardaddy" in "Fury". Seargeant Collier (Wardaddy) is the Sherman tank commander of a five-man team out on a mission behind enemy lines.

Logan Lerman plays the role of Norman Ellison, a rookie soldier trained as a typing clerk set out to join Collier's crew. The film is packed with World War action and drama as the crew fight inside their tank named "Fury" seeing the devastation the war had brought to the communities.

The movie also follows the series of Lerman's experience as a young man in the face of war with the Wardaddy and the rest of the crew trying to get the man out of him. "I started this war killing Germans in Africa. Now I'm killing Germans in Germany. I promised my crew a long time ago that I'd keep them alive," Wardaddy tells Lerman as seen in the movie trailer clip.

The movie is written and directed by David Ayer, also the writer of "Training Day" and director of "End of Watch". Ayer promises fans to expect "a movie about World War II, the likes of which we haven't seen before".

The "Fury" also stars actors Shia LaBeouf, Michael Pena and Jon Bernthal as part of Collier's crew.

"Fury" has triumphed on the US Box Office over "Gone Girl" on its weekend premiere, grossing a massive $23.5 million. It is reported to be "one of the best openings for a World War II film."
