Celebrity Weight Loss: How Does Snooki Achieved her 99 Pounds Weight After Seventh Weeks?

Reality Star, Snooki shocked the social media once again with her Instagram post where Snooki flaunts her 9 pounds figure after giving birth.

However, the fans did not like the new look of Snooki, Nicole Polizzi in real life but his trainer, Anthony Michael quickly defend the weight loss of the reality star. He said to E! News that the new weight of Snooki is perfectly fit for her height.

He even boasted that the reality star able to cut her weight to 99 pounds in just seven weeks after giving birth. He also added that Snooki is not yet finished with the program; she still wants to shed some weights for her upcoming wedding.

Snooki is combining intense workout and low carb diet. Her food guide follows the Paleo diet guidelines which is no sugar, no grains and no processed foods. She only eats protein, fruits and vegetables. Snooki is currently breastfeeding her baby that is why she is still careful on her nutrition intake.

Her intense workout runs for 10 to 15 minutes, she is doing cardio, plyometrics and other intensity interval training. Anthony also added that he wants Snooki to shed weight up to 95 to 96 pounds.

However, Snooki cannot train everyday because of her mommy duties; she is lack of sleep from feeding her baby once the baby got hungry every night. For Michael, having an enough rest is still important.

According to Fox News, the reality star is set to say I do to her boyfriend, Johnny La Valle on Nov. 29 in New Jersey. This time, people would not see the couple in leopard prints clothes; the wedding has a Great Gatsby theme, which will be elegant.

Snooki, 27 years old was a member of the reality show, Jersey Shore alongside JWoww, Pauly D and Mike Sorrentino.
