Greek Yogurt + Fruits

The bestselling book, French Women Don't Get Fat says yogurt is one of the French women's secrets to weight control. A study published in International Journal of Obesity looked at obese adults who cut 500 calories a day while consuming three daily servings of low-fat yogurt.

Eating yogurt is also a perfect way to get more protein and calcium in your diet. One cup of non-fat yogurt contains 100 calories, 300 milligrams calcium, 10 grams of protein and no fat, although there are differences depending on the brands.

But just because you're eating healthy doesn't mean you are limited to eat only yogurt. There are more than a few ways to eat yogurt. Here, some combinations of Greek yogurt with fruits.

Greek Yogurt with Orange and Mint

Add oranges, honey, and mint to plain yogurt. Still it's under 200 calories.

Yogurt with Berries

Just add to plain yogurt any types of berries you like.

Roasted Plums with Greek Yogurt

Bake plums in the oven. Place in the bowl and sprinkle nuts or drizzle with honey.
