Kim Kardashian diet? Recently, famous Kim Kardashian revealed what's really inside her diet to keep her slim and fit. It is not anymore surprising that she has a chef and a nutritionist to keep her daily diet in the right track. But what's there in her diet that everyone seems to be interested to know about?

In Harper's Bazaar feature cover, the 34-year-old Kardashian disclosed in the magazine's May issue what's keeping her weight within the limit. Aside from her detailed exercise, Kim Kardashian diet is guided by her and her husband's chef and nutritionist, who change her diet every 10 days.

"I'll usually have scrambled eggs or oatmeal, or a protein shake with fruit. Kanye loves to eat really healthy and is always on different diets," Kim Kardashian stated to Harper Bazaar.

"I have a chef who comes in the morning and cooks breakfast for both of us and gets our meal plans together for the day. We just started seeing a nutritionist who changes our diet every 10 days."

In her statement during her cover for the magazine, she also revealed that she prefers their chef to prepare her lunch for health reasons. Kim Kardashian diet for lunch and dinner usually consists of fish and vegetables, or chicken and vegetables.

To fix a sweet tooth, Kim Kardashian diet would not be ruined with her favorite Justin's peanut butter packs preferably the almond butter. The mother of one said that she just consumed it just plain.

Although we can see her pretty slim and curvaceous, it doesn't mean that Kim Kardashian diet is just perfect. She divulged that she's a big fan of Iced Tea and she drinks it a lot previously while adding ten packs of Equal.

She also stated that she's not a coffee drinker and she takes coffee at least once a month. She also tries to be healthy by drinking a lot of water.  On Kim Kardashian diet, she stated "after you have a baby you want everything to be as pure as possible. I want to set an example and to be natural and healthy."
