Chris Brown Gains Joint Custody of His Daughter Royalty

The 15 months old daughter of Chris Brown will share custody with the mother Nia Guzman.

The 26 year old Superstar had been embroiled in battle with the courts with the mother of his 15 months old daughter Nia Guzman. According the news in ABC 13, the judged in Houston has reached the verdict that both parents will share custody to their child.

The request of Nia to increase the payment of $15,000 for support has been denied but Chris Brown will continually pay $2500 per month for the support.

Chris Brown said that he is a good father and will fight for the right of his daughter Royalty. Nia previously lobbied for restricted custody to their child basing on the incidents that happened to Chris when he was out in the city where his house in Los Angeles was robbed.

Nia claimed that Chris parenting and lifestyle is not conducive to their 15 months old child that is why she requested full custody.

According to the reports, Chris made his lawyers set the arguments that he did not put his daughter in danger following the incident that happened to his home, and the artist has now also increased the security.

Chris Brown insisted and argued that he is not using drugs around his child and he did not allow so called gangbangers to spend time to his daughter.

The singer tweeted "My new album will be name Royalty"

It is not the only time that Chris Brown announced about his opinion to the public.

"Some men my age run from their responsibility as fathers. I embrace mine. Just sucks that some females use children as meal tickets" Chris tweeted last month

"#ILOVEROYALTY" posted by the singer Chris Brown on instagram after the long day's battle in the court.
