The Superstar said ''That would be interesting. I mean, I know it's in the comic book. It would be interesting to see where they would place him and where he really would fit in. He's got to bite somebody. I don't know who he's going to bite.''

Wesley Snipes says he will be ecstatic if Marvel grees to make the movie.

On Huff Post Live Wesley said ''There's always a possibility, you know. It's in Marvel's hands. They're controlling the pace and the flow with that. Conversations have been good. They see the value in it. We see the value in it."

''I'm still in shape enough and fit enough to handle the role. We'll see how it goes. I don't really know what's going to happen to it yet.''

The first significant box office hit of Marvel was the original movie Blade in 1998.

Movie studios have always been keen in reproducing Marvel Comic adaptations because of the great success of movies like The Avengers, Iron Man, Spiderman and Captain America.

Blade is an American movie which starred Wesley Snipes and Stephen Dorff. It is a cross between action and a horror movie. Wesley portrays the role of a half human and a half vampire hybrid who becomes an unsung hero who saves people lives from other pure vampires.

Blade topped the box office and  grossed of $70 million gain in the U.S and $131.2 million worldwide.
