Kate Hudson Is Working on Her First Ever Book!

Kate Hudson is the latest celebrity to write a book that would surely inspire women to live healthy lifestyles.

Dey Street Books have confirmed that they will be publishing a book written by Kate Hudson entitled Pretty Happy: Healthy ways to love your body, which will be released on February 16 the following year. Kate Hudson, a mother of two and an entrepreneur in athletic sportswear, gave out details of what will be in the book. She mentioned that it will be mostly about inspiring people especially women of living a healthy life which will likely talk about the fitness and wellness of a woman's physical, mental and emotional state. It will also be a motivation for women to live a happy and healthy life.

It is expected that the "Bride Wars" actress will be following the steps of those successful actresses that have already published a book and might still be working on another one like Cameron Diaz from Charlie's Angel, Lea Michele from Glee and Jessica Alba from Sin City and while many fans are expecting a lot in the book, the actress can't obtain her feelings and have mentioned it in an interview that she is stressing over the fact that she's worried and afraid that the book will not be as successful like the other books.

Last October 15, she have discussed about what she had written in her book, as what she said to Allure Magazine, the book is about discovering and finding out the things that works for a person specifically for a woman.

"And I'll share the things that have worked for me" she stated. She also discussed about happiness, in which she said that it is not something that just comes to a person.

Though the actress might have not figured it all out yet, especially when it comes to love, talking about her past relationships that didn't end so well, she still managed to write about love in her book but this time it's about her and her family. It is assumed that it will mostly be about her being a great mom to her kids, Bingham and Ryder.
