Julia Roberts Sells Her Apartment in New York For $4.5 Million

Julia Roberts has sold her beautiful apartment located in Greenwich Village at $4.5 million after it was listed on the market a few months ago.

According to Hello, the 'Pretty Woman' actress first listed her penthouse, five months ago and was recently sold for $4.5 million.  

The 2,000-square-foot pad was built with three bedroom, it also has a terrace, where the beautiful city of New York can be viewed.

The stunning unit was bought by Julia and her husband of 13 years, Danny Moder back in 2010.

As per Daily Mail the buyers of the unit are financier Nicolas de Croisset and his new wife, Vogue special events associate Phoebe de Croisset. According to the publication the reason why Julia decided to sell the property is that she spends less time in New York and had been spending more time in California.

Aside from her sold pad, Roberts also owns other real estate properties, including another apartment across town in Gramercy Park, which is currently for lease. A mansion in Los Angeles, that she considers a family home and a beachfront oasis in Hawaii's Hanalei Bay, which she recently placed in the market for $26 million.

Meanwhile, Julia is planning to spend her holidays at home with her family- twin children, Hazel and Phinnaeus, 10 years old, and eight year old Henry with husband, Daniel.

"Just eat and be cozy," Roberts told E! News. "It's such a great [time]. It's cold outside, have a fire." She further revealed to the media outlet that when she's not working she spends more time at the kitchen and loves to cook for her family. Adding, "I just cook what anybody wants to eat," she said. "Cook for days and days. I love it." She said feeding other people is "one of the joys" on her life.
