Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been dating for nine years now, after starting seeing each other romantically after the shooting of Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005).
Since then, the affair has not been a secret. What has been one recently is their marriage, which took place in France last Saturday and had only 22 guests. Not even Jon Voight, Angelina's father, was invited.
The couple wanted privacy at all costs and had it. An element that can be seen now after the event is their ring, which has all sorts of special features.
First, it was designed by Robert Procop, a specialist in Jewels that has been working along with Angelina designing for some time now. The idea that they both have is to bring to the world exclusiveness and creativity in the form of sparkling jewels.
Although, in the case of their marriage, who had a close relationship with the design and Robert, was Brad Pitt. According to Robert, Brad "had a very specific idea of what he wanted." Because of this particular fact, they worked on it for a long time. The estimated duration is about a year.
The ring is formed by 16 carat of gold and has fine lines all over it, making a stylish and yet elegant look. Certainly the collaboration and close relationship with the designer showed to give exemplary results for the couple.
Now, the ring together with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt can been in Malta, where they are shooting a new movie that is set to be released around 2016 and will include the actors playing a married couple there, ironically and perhaps too perfectly for the occasion.
They are not on their own, but together with their kids, having a sort of holiday and honeymoon as also work, all at the same time.
