Brianne Altice, Utah Teacher, Is Going To Trial For Sex, Sodomy And Rape Accusations From Students

Brianne Altice, Utah Teacher: Accusations have been done from two students of the former teacher, Brianne Altice, and she will have to stand in trial on October 9th after at last Friday's preliminary hearing, she was accused of more charges.

Brianne Altice worked in Utah as a teacher since August 2012, according to The Huffington Post. In October last year, she was arrested. The alleged relationship between Brianne Altice and one of her students happened between April and June.

As The Salt Lake Tribune noted, "The teen testified he was 17 years old when a relationship with Altice took place between April and June of last year - a relationship that began with kissing between class periods and eventually led to intercourse, he said."

Due to this and later on, the accusations from the second student who apparently was with her in October last year, and even the same day when she was arrested, all of this led to Brianne Altice to face "four counts of first-degree felony rape and two counts of first-degree felony forcible sodomy," As The Salt Lake Tribune counted.

It seems like the second student made the accusations to the Utah Teacher Brianne Altice, later on said it was all a lie and that he was trying to protect her children from all of this and then on Friday, he once again it was really all true. So, the story gets engrossed as time goes by.

Brianne Altice was fired from her teaching job on February 3rd, she has been free after a $10,000 bail and her former husband has filed for divorce and custody of their child in December, as The Huffington Post mentioned.

These are difficult times for Brianne Altice, former Utah teacher, but the truth will come out soon and things will finally be cleared up for once and for all.
