Big Bang Theory Science Is Real! Physics Specialist Behind The Scenes

Big Bang Theory Science - When you watch the show The Big Bang Theory there is a slight inclination towards doubting if all that they say in every episode is real or fiction to make things work and people laugh. It turns out that it is indeed real!

According to The Washington Post, the man behind it all is David Saltzberg, who takes care that in every scene where there is a white board and Sheldon concentrated or writing some sort of complex formula, it is indeed right.

Every formula written is an actual one. Who is David Saltzberg? He is a professor of Physics and Astronomy at the University of California in Los Angeles.

And as The Washington Post noted, he "checks all the scripts, suggests possible scientific 'plots' to the writers, hosts Nobel laureates and other scientists at rehearsals through his 'Geek Of The Week' program, and accepts submissions from scientists around the world who send him their formulas to be displayed on Sheldon's white board."

And if that wasn't enough he also writes every once in a while in a Blog, sharing some theory that was present in the show and also teaches on a full-time basis.

It almost seems like David Saltzberg is more amazing than any of the characters in the show. It is one of those times where reality surpasses fiction in every kind of way.

Apparently, the way in which he got the job to be the Science consultant for The Big Bang Theory is that a friend of a friend knew the Executive Producers and it had been known that they wanted to keep true to the science so he was recommended to them.

Today, The Big Bang Theory Science is kept true indeed and he says about it, "This is one of the great fortunes in my life."
