Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Who Voiced BB-8 and More Cameo Appearances

We now know that Daniel Craig, the James Bond star that reprised his role as 007 this year in the movie Spectre, played a very secret role in the Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie as a stormtrooper. What other cameo appearances did we miss?

If you have not seen the Star Wars: The Force Awakens Episode VII movie yet, please stop here because... this is a SPOILER ALERT!

It wasn't obvious that Daniel Craig played the white armored solider. But his British accent was hinted when he played a part in Rey's, Daisy Ridley's character, escape when she tried to use the force on a stormtrooper.

Who else played a very quiet if not obvious part in the Episode VII film?

The adorable droid, BB-8 was voiced by the Saturday Night Live veteran Bill Hader and jokester Ben Schwartz. Is that why the droid was named BB-8? Because Bill and Ben did all the cooing and purring and beeping for the droid? Think about it. All the guys did was tinkering around with Abrams' iPad with a sound effects app and voila.

If you've seen the movie Leprechaun, then you'd remember Warwick Davis. He made a not so obvious appearance in Maz Kanata's tavern as a tiny alien creature with a snout and puckered eyes. And Maz Kanata's commune includes 30 Rock actor Judah Friedlander. He sat beside Davis at the gambling table as a man in a black hood.

If you're a Maze Runner fan, Thomas Brodie-Sangster had a short stunt as a petty officer who warned the First Order that there was an unsanctioned flight from a Star Destroyer.

Lost TV Series actor Greg Grunberg plays a fighter pilot, named "Snap". Ken Leung was also in the movie as Resistance Admiral Statura. He was the psychic Miles Straume in Lost.

Gerry Abrams, J.J's father, was also in the film as Captain Cypress. You can spot him in the scene when C-3PO started to get dramatic. J.J also paid a tribute to his grandfather naming a ridge after him - Kelvin Ridge. Listen carefully when Rey instructs how BB-8 can escape.

Scream Queens' Billie Lourd, known as Chanel #3, was also on set as Lieutenant Connix in the Resistance, online reports confirmed.
