Frances Bean Cobain, the only daughter and rock n roll heiress of the late Nirvana rocker Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love has purchased a glamorous home at West Hollywood, Los Angeles, California.
Now 22, the pretty rock n roll heiress is not just the daughter of her infamous parents. Frances Bean is slowly making a name of her own. The only child of the Cobain's purchased a $1.8 million Spanish inspired home in Hollywood Hills which was built in the 1930s.
The late Nirvana front man's real estate has an approximate price of $450 million from which Kurt Cobain daughter Frances Bean is entitled for 37 percent. She inherited her share of her father's estate in August of 2010.
The Hollywood home is white stucco Spanish-inspired two-story home built by architect Carl Jules Weyl, the art director of the classic film Casablanca. The 3,350 square foot home sits on a first-class Los Angeles neighborhood of Hollywood Hills, a few minutes from Sunset Strip.
According to Hollywood Reporter, Kurt Cobain Daughter, Frances Bean was able to buy the property through the multi-million dollar trust fund she received. The trust fund was set up three years after Kurt's death and was aimed "to protect Frances Bean Cobain from creditors or future ex-spouses."
Kurt Cobain daughter was only less than two years old when her father, Kurt committed suicide in 1994. Robin Sax, Los Angeles legal analyst stated, "having access to this kind of money at her age was something that the court was probably trying to protect her against when they created the trust in 1997."
Frances Bean, the daughter and sole heiress of Kurt Cobain was born on August 18, 1992. She was an undergrad at New York's Bard College, but pursued her career as model and as an artist. Frances Bean used the pseudonym "Fiddle Tim" for her excellent cartoon drawings entitled 'Chopsy Cheech,' 'Hips like Battleships' and 'Spector Hector.'
