CAMILLE COSBY: [DETAILS] Finally Breaks Her Silence At Height Of Bill Cosby’s Controversial Sexual Assaults

Camille Cosby, the wife of the most controversial man in Hollywood today, finally breaks her silence to defend her husband of 50 years, Bill Cosby. On Monday, Camille Cosby released a statement that talks about her undying support to whom she addressed is a funny man and a wonderful husband.

If there's one person who is tremendously affected at the height of Bill Cosby's sexual allegations, it would be his wife Camille Cosby. In Camille Cosby statement, she showed that she still loves, respect and supports her husband in the midst of repeated sexual allegations thrown to him.

Camille Cosby statement reads:

"I met my husband, Bill Cosby, in 1963, and we were married in 1964. The man I met, and fell in love with, and whom I continue to love, is the man you all knew through his work," she begins. "He is a kind man, a generous man, a funny man, and a wonderful husband, father and friend. He is the man you thought you knew."

"A different man has been portrayed in the media over the last two months. It is the portrait of a man I do not know. It is also a portrait painted by individuals and organizations whom many in the media have given a pass. There appears to be no vetting of my husband's accusers before stories are published or aired. An accusation is published, and immediately goes viral."

While Camille Cosby defended her husband in a contemptuous way, she compared the attack of the media to her husband Bill Cosby to the Rolling Stone's fiery story of an alleged rape at the University of Virginia.

Camille Cosby stated that today, media reports are easily believed in once it was published without checking the accuracy or the statement of the person's involved in the story.

While addressing her husband's sexual assaults, Camille Cosby compared her defense to the unreliable stories created by writers today, the TIME reports.

"The story was devastating, but ultimately appears to be proved to be untrue," she writes while comparing her husband's side to the UVA controversial gang rape written by the Rolling Stone. "None of us will ever want to be in the position of attacking a victim," she adds. "But the question should be asked - who is the victim?"

In Camille Cosby statement, she asks in a provocative manner, "who is the victim" pointing out that her husband Bill Cosby, amidst his silence is a victim of the media.

Camille Cosby statement comes after Bill Cosby news that he has broke his silence on the sexual allegations. In Page Six news article written by Stacey Brown with heading "Upbeat Cosby expects black media to stay neutral," the writer said that he had interview Bill Cosby at his home at Massachusetts.

Brown points out that Bill Cosby failed to answer directly on the controversy swirling against him but instead the 77-year-old actor stated that the black media must be impartial.

"Let me say this. I only expect the black media to uphold the standards of excellence in journalism and when you do that you have to go in with a neutral mind," Cosby added.

However, Camille Cosby and Bill Cosby were disproving the alleged interview when Bill Cosby lawyer released a statement on Monday saying that "Mr. Cosby and Mr. Brown did in fact have a telephone conversation.

Mr. Brown identified himself as a free-lance reporter for a number of African-American media outlets, which prompted Mr. Cosby's comment regarding the African-American media."

The lawyer said that Bill Cosby was not informed that it was for publication and the writer had failed to conform to the standards of his profession.
