1. Flaxseed. A tablespoon of these ground seeds is equivalent to 2 grams of fiber. Just grind them or buy ground, adding a scoop to your daily meal can help you get things moving.

2. Oatmeal. Half-cup of dry oats a day can benefit you with insoluble and soluble fiber. The combination of the two substances bulk up the stool, soften it, and make it easier to move out of your intestine.

3.Aloe Vera juice. This bottled juice is often neglected by a lot of people. This juice can act as a laxative for numerous people. In fact, for some laxative products they were aloe were included.

4. Spinach. Maybe you've known spinach at famous cartoon series as Popeye's source of strength, but it's more than that. In reality, one cup of cooked spinach pack is pack of fiber and magnesium. That can help the colon contract and help can help draw water in to flush things out.

5.Coffee. This is more than your caffeine drink to keep you awake. Researched have shown that coffee stimulates muscle contractions in the colon which makes things easier for you to visit the bathroom. Better start you every day with a cup of coffee.
