Chris Pratt flexed his muscles as he posed for the cover of Men's Health magazine.
He got into body builder shape to take the lead role in 2014's 'Guardians Of The Galaxy.' When that movie became a surprise blockbuster, Chris was inspired to keep his chiseled physique.
Chris has charmingly acknowledged during his interview with the July issue of the magazine, that a big part of his recent blockbuster Hollywood success "is based on the way that [he] looks."
"I can tell that people are motivated by my transformations, and that feels really good."
But the 36-year-old Jurassic World star said he will most likely go back to his previous self.
"Everyone should know when the movie star stuff is over, I might go back to being the fat guy," he said.

Pratt may have trained for and completed a half Ironman this past April but explained he just loves food too much.

"My wife, [Anna Faris], wants a pizza oven," he tells the magazine "she’s going to learn how to bake bread, and I’m going to eat it."
He explained that it's all about balance. "I love the health benefits of exercising, and I have a kid now. By exercising, you really can add 20, 30 years to your life. But you gotta live, too."

When his career began, he had at least 30 pounds more on him than he does today.
Pratt relied on his sense of humor and gifted comedic timing to land roles on TV shows like Parks And Recreation. But the father-of-one knew he needed to change.

"It nagged me when I wasn't physically fit," the Lego Movie star said.
"It was just another thing on my to-do list that I wasn't capable of getting done."
He got in top shape to star with Jessica Chastain in 2012's Zero Dark Thirty. But then afterwards he put the weight back on.
"I was like, "I feel kind of s***** about myself right now."

"I knew I had to get back on a path to becoming fit again, that I was going to make a splash when I walked into a room with a casting director from then on," he added.
Pratt is currently filming The Magnificent Seven with Denzel Washington and Ethan Hawke.
