Watch Kid's Choice Sports Awards 2015: Derek Jeter Gets Slimed, Ciara and Russell Wilson Dance, Riley Curry Steals the Show!

Last night, TV Network Nickelodeon honoured some of Sport's biggest names at the second annual Kid's Choice Sports Awards held at the University of California - Los Angeles' Pauley Pavilion in Westwood, CA.

New York Yankees shortstop Champion Derek Jeter was the guest of honour at the ceremony. The five-time World Series winner was given the fittingly named 'Legend Award' for his many achievements. Despite his larger than life status, Jeter wasn't spared from Nickelodeon's iconic rite of passage. After receiving his trophy and delivering his acceptance speech, the 41 year old was promptly drenched in a huge amount of gold slime.

Another victim of the Slime machine was Seattle Seahawks Quarterback Russell Wilson. The Super Bowl MVP was hit with a surprise slime attack while playing one of the many games that were held over the course of the event. He was a good sport about it though, as he later took the stage with his girlfriend, RnB Ciara to dance 'The Whip.'

Aside from Jeter, the night's other big winner was definitely the Golden State Warriors' sharpshooting guard Stephen Curry. The reigning NBA MVP took home three trophies on the night for 'Best Male Athlete', 'Sickest Moves', and 'Most Clutch Player.' As was the case during most of the NBA season, his daughter Riley stole the show. The camera frequently cut to the adorable little girl's reactions during her father's trips up the stage.

Other athletes in attendance included the New York Knick's Carmelo Anthony, Skiing star Lindsay Vonn, Baseball wunderkind Mo'ne Davis, recent Wimbeldon Winner Serena Williams, and World Cup Soccer Star Alex Morgan.
