Dave Grohl Invited Crying Man On Stage To Sing 'My Hero' At Foo Fighters Colorado Show

In the middle of a Foo Fighters performance at Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre in Greenwood Village, Colorado, the band's vocalist Dave Grohl apparently noticed an emotional man from the crowd and invited him to be on stage with the band.

According to reports, the singer who is still in recovering from having his left leg broken a few months ago, invited the man to the stage, who was crying after hearing the band's acoustic rendition of the song "My Hero".

"I love you man, thank you," Grohl said to the man named Anthony. "Holy sh-t. F--k that speech I was about to make. I'm going to sing to you right now.. I'm gonna sing this f---king song right in your face, man to man, prison style, I'm going man to man. Me and you, I want some real tears."

Grohl went on saying, "You better sing it with me. Don't make me cry because I promised I wouldn't do this.. I'm going to sing to you crying grown man ass right now.. You drunk, emotional mess."

Grohl's love for his fans is probably one of the many reasons why he has always been supported and loved back.

The emotional Dave Grohl, who was just trying to hold his tears back while looking at the man, also asked the crowd to sing to Anthony.

While the crowd cheered to Grohl's request and gladly obliged themselves to sing for the crying man, the singer ended their emotional yet sweet performance with a hug as he stood up from his crutches.

After the performance, Anthony jumped down as he exited the stage. Grohl said, "That's the great things about a Foo Fighters show. You never know what you're going to get."

Foo Fighters will be performing at the Sprint Center, Kansas City, on August 21, Friday.
