1. Increase your Protein intake                             

Not only body builders need more protein. Protein can help also reduce fats in the abdomen. Instead of eating low quantity carbs, swap it by eating lean proteins such as fish, meat and beans low fat Greek yoghurt. The above can help a lot to whittle your waist down.

2. Cut down sweets

Adding lesser sweet treats in a meal is fine, but adding up sugar in tea like three teaspoons is bad news for your middle. Abdominal obesity is due to high added sugars in the diets ,most of the studies support this theory. Research and read labels to be aware of what food and amount to take every meal for the first stage of cutting down. Don't fool oneself  by adding lots of sugar in every diet because sugar has already been added to some foods for preservation and for flavoring.

3. Do Workout                                                        

High Intensity Training exercise has great benefits and are well known to increases anaerobic and aerobic endurance. It is favored over traditional cardio because of it's higher intensity. To help you tone your belly, you need to lose fat before you start to concentrate on planks or sit ups, it is crucial, but it can help a lot but not actually to lose weight.

4. Intake whole grains

Research show that in order to gain less weight over time and to have a small waistline there is need to intake more grains. Avoiding refined grains such as white bread also helps the blood sugar not to increase.
