AMC's The Walking Dead has indeed come so far from the many twists and turns that it has brought the audience. The battle goes on that there is no more time to think above romance and getting in a relationship. But apparently, one of the characters may find love in the middle of such turmoil in a person's life.
This is going to be interesting for one of the regular characters on this series because he is someone who has always been unlikely to fall in love or even be interested having a partner. However, it is looking like that is about to change as Realty Today reported that he is about to find a love interest.
Daryl and Carol had the possibility of falling in love in the past and the viewers have been sort of waiting for that to happen. The good news is, they might actually finally become a real item this season.
The publication stated that this season may be the right time for their characters to finally get together just as those who've wantedit to happen. They have been kind of connected with love in a way even before, since Carol's daughter went missing and Daryl has been the only person who dedicated his time and effort into looking for her. It was too late to save her in the end because she was already taken by a zombie, so she was turned into one. It was the most difficult moment in the life of Carol and even for Rick who shot her daughter because they were left with no choice.
Since then, the connection between Daryl and Carol has been tight and this is why fans are actually rooting for them to het together.
