Settle Woman Eats Starbucks For An Entire Year

Last year, a Seattle woman pledged she would only eat at Starbucks for all of 2013.

Well, mission accomplished.

According to the New York Daily News, Beautiful Existence blogged about her experience eating breakfast, lunch and dinner from the coffee chain every single day of last year. The 40-year-old photographed and posted on her blog receipts from Starbucks, where the mother of two spent $500 and $600 each month.

During her 365-day challenge, the Seattle native consumed more than just the usual coffee and buns and said her strict diet become boring.

"In the last month, in the last couple weeks, it's been really difficult. People had pizza at the office last week and I was dying," she wrote. "I'm happy to be able to eat whatever I want (again)."

The Daily News reported that Existence's rule was she would be able to eat anything sold at the coffee chain or anything related, such as Roy Street Coffee, Tazo Tea and Evolution Fresh. Existence reportedly stuck to her diet even on her birthday and Thanksgiving.

"WHY? am I doing this challenge? Or WHY? will I do any challenge in the future? Because I LOVE being human and I LOVE the privilege of being able to ask the question WHY? in the first place!" she wrote on her blog.

Existence's first non-Starbucks meal was fish and chips.

"My taste buds have been freaking out for the last 24 hours," Existence told the Daily News. "Starbucks doesn't really have anything that's fried, and you can only eat so much after you haven't had stuff like that for a year."

This isn't Existence first year-based challenge. The Daily News reported that one year she purchased everything she need, but food, from Goodwill.
