According to Us Weekly, less than two weeks after Halle Berry's divorce announcement, she and Olivier were caught by paparazzi cameras in Los Angeles, as they took Berry's 7 year-old daughter with Aubry, Nahla, to a birthday party.
TMZ reports that, although Olivier hasn't taken off his wedding ring, that doesn't mean any Halle Berry divorce plans have been put off, as the two are still decided to pursue their legal separation - but that doesn't mean they're not about to stop being civil to each other nor give love to the children.
"[Olivier's] very happy that he and Halle are able to keep a good relationship. They want to make the divorce as painless as possible for the kids," a source close to the "Unfaithful" actor told People Magazine about Halle Berry's divorce, as rumors keep flying about regarding the Hollywood pair.
A few days back, David Justice, Berry's first husband (from 1993 to 1997) publicly said that him having supposedly hit the "X-Men" actress was a fabrication, as he claims she never said his name and referred to someone else at the time, although media vilified him.
