Is "fourth time's the charm" true for actor Charlie Sheen?
People magazine reported that the "Anger Management" star proposed to his girlfriend and former porn star, Brett Rossi, on Saturday while on a Valentine's Day weekend getaway in Hawaii.
Sheen's publicist, Jeff Ballard, confirmed the couple's engagement. Rossi was photographed showing off her heart-shaped diamond bling.
"Yes! We are engaged! He even was a gentleman and got down on one knee," Rossi told E! News. "I was not expecting it at all. We had a beautiful Valentine's day and he proposed to me early this morning after we watched the sun rise."
Rossi added: "The ring is classic and beautiful, but I don't have any photos to share just yet. This is the happiest moment of both our lives. He's my best friend and my soulmate."
The 48-year-old actor gave People an exclusive statement in the form of a quirky poem, which refers to Rossi by her nickname "Scottie."

The day before the engagement, Rossi sent Sheen a Valentine's Day message on her Twitter.
"Happy Valentine's Day to the love of my life & my best friend! Everyday is Vday when I'm with you @charliesheen."
After the proposal, Sheen also took to Twitter to share the news, while showing off a Valentine's Day card.
"in a moment of Kray-zee gratitude; I got my gal!! 4evurr! but I also have this! xox c#LoveMyKids #TyB," Sheen wrote.
This will be the fourth wedding for Sheen. The former "Two and A Half" actor was briefly married to Donna Peele, but later annulled the marriage. Sheen was also married to actress Denise Richards (2002-2006) and Brooke Mueller (2008-2011).
Last November, Sheen and Rossi went public with romance after they were spotted showing some PDA in the balcony of their hotel in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, People reported.
