There are instances when people forget to hydrate and it usually happens when they're exercising or too busy working. It's important to keep drinking water, especially during hot weather as failure to do so can result to health complications. But is there such a thing as too much water intake? Not really. 

According to Daily Mail, since most people are busy and staying hydrated seems to be a problem, people can actually add some water-packed food into their daily meal and combine it with water for best hydration. Just make sure that you don't go over six liters of water at one point. 

Water-packed food can add to the fluid intake in a day and leaving you minimal calories that can be added to your meal. First on the list are cucumbers. This vegetable contains about 97 percent of water. They can also be wonderful to be mixed with other flavors. Next in the list are the radishes. They are obviously included in this category because it contains 95 percent of water which can be good to be combined with any salad and its sweet and spicy flavor is good to the palette.

Tomatoes make the third spot with 94.5 percent of water content. They are wonderful with being combined soups, salads and more. They are better when they in cherry or grape variety so it can be easily considered as a perfect on-the-go healthy snack.

Surprisingly peppers are included in the list. Green Pepper contains 94 percent of water and the red, orange and yellow contain 92 percent. Watermelon makes the list, hence the name, it contains 92 percent which is a perfect snack during the hot summer days.

Lastly, we have grapefruit. They appear as large oranges but have a tangy, bold, bitter flavour that is hard to compare. Researchers have found that grapefruit consumption can improve weight loss. It helps stabilise sugar and stabilise lipid profiles. It lowers not just total triglycerides but LDL cholesterol significantly as well. And it contains 90.5 per cent water content to keep your fluid levels high.
