Revols has just launched earbuds made only within 60 seconds.
Headphones or earbuds are one of the devices nowadays that come with a lot of displeasures. At cheap prices, these ear devices offer discomfort with the terrible sound it produce. Besides the low quality of sound, the improper fitting of earbuds also hurt the ears of users.
Though there are expensive ones which are of good sound quality, the said devices still have some discomfort issues.
To solve the aforementioned problems, a regional wireless carrier based on Ohio called Revols manufactured a luxurious custom-fit Bluetooth earbuds at a price of $200. The amazing device can be manufactured within 60 seconds.
The new hardware company developed a custom-built molding process to make the earbuds only in 60 seconds. Some may wonder about the main process involved, but a closer look will reveal that it's just a very simple procedure.
The detachable earbud "tips" from Revols can be observed to be somewhat in a gel-like state. Through the use of a certain app and by putting the earbud into the user's ear, the molding process can be initiated. The user can actually tell that there is a work going on as the device start to become warm in the process.
After 60 seconds, the process will be complete which means that the device is already hardened and is completely fit to the customer's ear.
In terms of performance and quality, the new earbuds also offer some advantages. The new gadget is said to offer a good sound quality as each bud contain a directional mic and with an app that can adjust noise. As a Bluetooth device, it can last until 8 hours of nonstop usage plus it contains a spot right in the cord where the user can use to have an extra battery life of 6 hours and more.
The hardware company plans to ship their product starting in June 2016.
