HBO's New 'Vinyl' Trailer Shows The Dark Side Of Sex, Drugs And Rock N' Roll [VIDEO]

People already know about the flashy side of rock music, but the new HBO series from 'Boardwalk Empire' showrunner Terence Winter also shines the light on the demons that lurk behind the glamor.

The previous trailer has highlighted the fun side of rock n' roll as James Jagger cavorted on stage and got into bed with groupies. People were seen having a good time as they did their drugs and drank a little too much, while others got aggressive with their guns.

The second trailer for 'Vinyl' focuses on Richie Finestra (Bobby Cannavale), a record executive who wants to remember the good days of rock n' roll. He refuses to acknowledge that his label is slowly going bankrupt and firmly believes he can still find the next big thing. Luckily for Richie, he has Zak Yankovich (Ray Romano) to always keep him grounded when he's high.

The new 'Vinyl' trailer also shows more of Olivia Wilde as Richie's wife Devon, who always looked like she was having a good time in the previous trailer. In the new teaser, there is a glimpse of Devon coming home to find the house a complete wreck, a result of Richie's antics. "Of course he's fine," she tells Zak on the phone, "He's always fine."

'Vinyl' boasts of a pilot that was directed by none other than the legendary Martin Scorsese and having several executive producers that include 'The Wolf of Wall Street' producer Emma Tillinger Koskoff and Mick Jagger.

The show also stars Juno Temple, Ato Essandoh, Max Casella, P.J. Byrne, J.C. MacKenzie, Paul Ben-Victor and Jack Quaid. Former 'Game of Thrones' actress Birgitte Hjort Sørensen will appear as Ingrid Superstar, a close friend of Andy Warhol and Devon Finestra.

'Vinyl' is set to air on HBO on February 14, 2016 and will consist of 10 episodes.
