Apple has just launched their first ever battery case which will be sold at a price of $99. The iPhone 6s Smart Battery case has gained different reactions from many customers as the new accessory both offer advantage and disadvantage to users.
Most of the tech enthusiasts believed that Apple will never unveiled another product for the year 2015. But to their surprised, the American multinational company has released a new battery case.
The said product is the first version of smart battery case for Apple, even though there are a lot of third-party battery cases that are already available in the market. Although the new device is quite beneficial to iPhone 6 users, most of them were disappointed in terms of the design and function of the said product.
Like all of the available battery cases, the Apple's new device aimed to provide the iPhone users extra battery power. The case comes in Charcoal Gray and White color which will be compatible to iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s. The said product is much similar to the Apple Silicone case except for the new accessory's extra bump at the back for the battery.
Although some find it beneficial, most of the iPhone users were unsatisfied with the new product. In terms of design, the battery case did not look appealing to the users because of the extra bump. Some say that the case lets a user feel that their phone contains an iPod because of the said bump.
In terms of functionality, it can be observed that once the battery case is equipped to the iPhone, it automatically starts to charge. Unlike the other battery case like Mophie, the Apple case does not have standby button in order to stop the charging whenever the user wants to.
The smart battery case is now available in the market at the aforementioned price.
