Potatoes are one of the most diverse things you can cook. You can choose the type of potato (sweet potato, Irish potato, baby potato etc) and then select from a variety of options as to how you want to cook it. Packed full of nutrients and minerals potatoes are a great dish to add to your menu. Provided are seven different ways you can enjoy a meal with any type of potato.

Boiled
Boiling potatoes are fast and nutritious. You can either peel it prior to boiling of pull off the skin after it's been boiled. Add some dill and parsley to get the taste you want and serve it with a side of greens.

Baked potato
There are many different great ways to bake a potato for that wonderful taste you seek. You can enjoy and enjoy the ultimate twice baked potato. Stuff it with your favorite dish and serve it steaming hot.

Fried potato
French fries are, perhaps, the most common potato meal out there.  Ensure the great taste you seek is accompanied by good health by being mindful of how you fry you potato.

Potato Salad

Mashed potato
