The Kardashians Urge Khloe to Leave Lamar Odom's Side

Following Lamar Odom's hospitalization on October 13, Khloe Kardashian never left his bedside for nearly a month. Even if it meant putting her scheduled workouts to the gym on hold as well as the rest of her plans. But apparently her family got worried over her health and advised her to go outside  and hit the gym to release all her tension.

At first she said she was reluctant to leave Lamar as "I had such anxiety going to the gym, but as soon as I left, and Kendall and I worked out with my trainer, I felt like, 'Oh my god, I'm okay. I'm a human again!" she recalled to San Diego Union- Tribune.

Now as she is trying to get back to her life and hit the gym again, the 31 year old Kardashian, who is dedicated to fitness, revealed that she felt much better after spending three and a half weeks in the hospital.

In the wake of her divorce from Lamar, Khloe admitted that it was the hardest time of her life as she was trying to figure out if she should push through with it. And instead of talking to her family she avoided them as she did not want to be stressed by discussing personal issues with them. As times got rough and the house even became too claustrophobic for her, she said that the gym became her safe zone, but insisted "It wasn't about weight at all," but for her it's the "safest place where I still got that emotional release."

But though her workouts are not for weight loss she said that she enjoyed the routines as she was losing weight in the process.

Meanwhile, according to TMZ Lamar is currently suffering brain damage. His progress is a little bit slow and reportedly can't recognize some family members and friends. Khloe on the other hand is currently busy with the release of her new book 'Strong Looks Better Naked.'
