Gwen Stefani's Workouts and Beauty Secrets!

Gwen Stefani is without a doubt looking healthier and radiant than ever, since she bounce back from Gavin Rossdale split and went public with her Blake Shelton hot romance.

In fact, on Saturday, she looked so hot while strolling in L.A with her kids Kingston and Zuma Rossdale. Donning a simple, black and white sweater and stylish jeans, which she finished off with her signature red lipstick, Gwen totally looked flawless and sexy. But apparently behind her super fit figure and radiant, beautiful skin are healthy diet and lifestyle.

As per Celebrity Health & Fitness, Stefani's anti-aging fitness and beauty regime are low- carb diet, predominantly vegan diet and rigorous workouts. The No Doubt singer "previously followed a 100% vegan diet" but has since started eating proteins from animal meat. A source revealed to the publication that Gwen avoids eating carbs, including "pasta, bread, and rice." To keep her hydrated throughout the day, The Voice judge always drinks a lot of water.

She also keeps her body strong and fit by working out 5 days a week. "I work out five days a week, I can't imagine not doing it," shared the music artist. Adding, "I'm more like a man: I like going to the gym and lifting weights or doing a little boxing."

But although the mother of three is a workout fanatic, dedicated to fitness, she also knows the importance of life balance. In fact, Gwen took a break from her rigid workouts routine as she realized she needed to relax her body.

"This past year, I kind of stopped working out. I think my body just needed a break. And so I did that and focused more on feeling good as opposed to beating myself up," she said to Marie Claire at that time.

Whether she's packing herself with six- pack abs or enjoying her new found happiness with Blake, she never ceases to impress her fans with her sexy, beautiful appearance and right outlook in life.
