ZZ Top 2015: ‘La Grande’ Band Makes Comeback On Jimmy Kimmel! [VIDEOS]

Last year, it seemed like the classic American rock band would be taking a long break from the spotlight after they canceled a series of tours following an injury from its bassist - but, as it turns out, ZZ Top's 2015 is a whole other story, as the band makes a triumphant return on late-night television.

As Radio.com reported at the time, ZZ Top suspended a great number of their tour dates last summer, after bassist Dusty Hill took a fall that ended up with a hip injury, which is saying something for a man of 65; however, the ZZ Top of 2015 seems ready to rock, looking fully healthy.

Hill's fall happened on August 26, as the band was on their tour bus; the ordeal was serious enough that medical attention was required, and many failed to give a big chance to ZZ Top's 2015 following the event, as it was thought the iconic bassist's wouldn't recover his health for quite a while, as hip injuries tend to be fairly serious and require a lot of recovery.

However, according to Ultimate Classic Rock, ZZ Top's 2015 fate is much grander than the world had expected, and the longtime American rock band took the stage in one of the biggest and most popular late-night talk shows in the United States to let the world know there was still plenty of ZZ Top to go around, for a really long time.

As Billboard reports, the famous trio was the musical guest in last Monday's episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live," following Houston Texans defensive J.J. Watts, who spoke about meeting pop star Katy Perry for their recent ESPN shoot.

Even though the band composed by Billy Gibbons, Frank Beard and Dusty Hill hasn't released any material since their 2012 album "La Futura," fans will find it comfortable to know that there will be a lot to be seen in ZZ Top's 2015!
