Hugh Hefner's Girlfriends- Holly Madison, one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends in the infamous Playboy mansion finally exposed what life had been in her tell-all book, "Down The Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures And Cautionary Tales Of A Former Playboy Bunny."
Being one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends is not easy. It's not a bed of roses as everyone thinks. Contrary to the belief that she was one of the luckiest girls on earth being one of the bunnies, Madison divulged that her life was not a dream come true in the mansion, but a nightmare.
As reported by Daily Mail, the new memoir of Madison speaks of "oppressive routine of strict rules, manipulation, and [her] battles with ambitious, backstabbing bunnies." She even contemplated on suicide after she had given up hope, lost self-worth and her identity.
Being one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends in the Playboy Mansion, the real scenario was far from the false world of glamorous place where Madison and two other bunnies, Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson used to portray. They were believed to live opulent life.
Madison dated the 88-year-old Playboy mogul for five years from year 2003. And as the closest among Hugh Hefner's girlfriends, she shared room with the 88-year-old where her life was seen full of fantasy, and brilliance. It was even shown in E!'s reality series "The Girls Next Door," New York Daily News reports.
Today after seven years, Madison revealed her ordeal as one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends.
"I'm excited to finally share my story and what I've learned from my personal experiences both inside and outside of the Playboy Mansion," Madison stated to Us. "I think my stories will surprise people and I'm looking forward to lifting the veil of mystique and clearing up the misconceptions so often associated with my life."
In her tell-all new book, "Down The Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures And Cautionary Tales Of A Former Playboy Bunny" which will be coming out on June 23, the 35-year-old former Playboy bunny exposed her real life inside the mansion as one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends.
She opened up on abuse, sex, drugs, non-stop parties and her real relationship with Mr. Playboy and the two girls.
The revelation comes several years after, now she's living happily with her husband, Electric Daisy Carnival organiser Pasquale Rotella, 41. They have a cute two-year-old daughter named Rainbow.
Madison was not the sole bunny to talk about life as one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends. In Entertainment Online interview, Kendra Wilkinson, who was just 18 when she joined the Playboy mansion in 2004 candidly opened up on her relationship with the Playboy magnate Hugh Hefner who was 78 that time.
Wilkinson, who is married to American Football player Hank Baskett, and competing in the British reality series, "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!" unfolded the answer whether she was obligated to sleep with the Playboy tycoon as Hugh Hefner's girlfriends.
Without blinking, the reality series star admitted that when she moved in the mansion, she didn't know that 'sex' was involved. She added she just graduated high school and it's like, "Do you want to come upstairs? And it's like, "Sure, let's have fun."
Though Madison had regrets as amongst Hugh Hefner's girlfriends, Wilkinson admitted she just enjoyed her time in the mansion. She wanted to party and she had a blast during that time.
