Kathrin Goldbach was a regular German teacher in Gesamtschule in Krefeld, near Dusseldorf, weeks before the tragic incident that crashed lives of 150 passengers of the Germanwings jetliner.

Today, Kathrin Goldbach is no longer connected with her profession and had left Germany while feeling devastated. Her fiancée, Andreas Lubitz has been charged of crashing Germanwings Flight 9525 last Tuesday and since then more revelations have changed the life of the young teacher.

In an attempt to uncover the real motive of the 27-year-old co-pilot who intentionally crashed the plane on Tuesday, investigators were trying to examine Lubitz personal life, his medical condition and his relationship with the 26-year-old teacher, who is reported to be pregnant with their child.

Fact#1: Kathrin Goldbach is pregnant with Andreas Lubitz's child.

Kathrin Goldbach was reported pregnant by the German paper Bild on Sunday. Apparently, the young teacher revealed the pregnancy news to her students and two weeks prior to the tragic incident, she also told her fiancée, Andreas Lubitz that she is carrying their child.

When Kathrin Goldbach told her students about her pregnancy, she seemed happy and excited to be a mom. She also divulged her plan to marry Lubitz.

Fact#2: Kathrin Goldbach wanted to be out of Andreas Lubitz's life.

Although Kathrin Goldbach was happy to be an expectant mom, New York Post reported that she actually wanted to quit their relationship due to his unpredictable behavior. A day before Lubitz deliberately flew the Airbus into the French Alps, the 26-year-old teacher and fiancée of Lubitz told the pilot that she was moving out of their apartment.

Investigators are looking into the angle that this reason may have prompted Lubitz to commit mass murder, Mirror cited.

Fact#3: Kathrin Goldbach wanted freedom from Lubitz's life because of his controlling behavior and erratic moods and illicit relationship with a stewardess.

Lubitz was apparently moody and was controlling his girlfriend's life. According to News Max, a friend of Kathrin Goldbach claimed that Lubitz tried to order her what to wear, what men she could speak to, even the length of her skirt. She added that the pilot was a control freak of the highest order.

Aside from his controlling behavior, Lubitz had a five-month affair with a Germanwings stewardess.

In an attempt to keep Kathrin Goldbach, Lubitz apparently spent thousands of dollars to give his girlfriend two Audi cars. The recent one was just delivered a few days before the crash.

 Fact#4: Kathrin Goldbach flew to France following the crash's aftermath.

The former teacher left Germany and went to France with the belief that her fiancée was also one of the victims of the terrible plane crash.

However, Kathrin Goldbach was shocked to know that upon her arrival in France, several reports emerged that her fiancée Lubitz was actually the one responsible for killing himself and the rest of the 149 passengers.

Fact#5: Lubitz was sick and he tried to hide it from his employer, Lufthansa. Investigators found a torn sick note from his doctor to excuse him from working that day of the fatal incident. It was also reported that the fiancée of Kathrin Goldbach refuted to take his antidepressant drugs.

Copious of pills was also recovered from their apartment.

Lubitz and Kathrin Goldbach met during their teenage years and started working together in Burger King fast food restaurant in his home town in Montabaur.
