Michael Jackson Molestation Claim Dismissed

The molestation case against Michael Jackson, that was filed by Australian choreographer Wade Robson in May 2013 was dismissed by the Los Angeles County Superior Court because he did not immediately file his complaint.

According to renowned superior court judge Mitchell L. Beckloff, "Robson's claim of molestation against the late singer's estate has been dismissed due to improper filing in his legal demand."

Howard Weitzman, an attorney for the estate of the King of Pop stated in an email that Robson himself said that Jackson hasn't done anything inappropriate to him during a court appearance. His own statement against his complaint seems to show that his story is not consistent.

Maryann Marzano, who is part of the choreographer's legal team said that they will not give up and will continue to fight for what they believe is true. The attorney believes that the facts they have presented are full of truth and contain the reality about the famous star.

At the age of 5, Wade Robson met the superstar Michael Jackson and they spent more than 20 nights at his Neverland estate, sleeping in Jackson's bedroom during most of his visits.

The phenomenal singer and dancer died at the age of 50 on June 25, 2009 from cardiac arrest caused by intoxication. He was in the middle of preparing for his comeback tour 'This is It'.

Michael Jackson's death has been surrounded by many questions, with some claiming that there was foul play involved.

His estate and other assets acquired throughout his life and career have been designated to his mother Katherine Jackson and his three children.

Wade Robson has been featured many times on the famous FOX TV dancing series "So You Think You Can Dance". He also directed music videos and world tours for numerous music artists, including NSYNC and Britney Spears.
