Stan Lee Net Worth: Comic Book Legend Attends 'Ant-man' Premiere Despite Hospitalization! How Much Is 'Spider-man' Creator Worth?

Nothing can possibly stop Stan Lee from attending the 'Ant-man' premiere, not even hospitalization.

According to TMZ, the comic book legend was rushed to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Sunday. Lee had called 911, saying that he wasn't feeling well.

However, the 'Spider-man' creator didn't show any signs of being ill when he stepped out on the red carpet at the premiere of the Marvel flick 'Ant-man.'

The 92-year-old was his usual cheerful self, stating that he was eager to see himself on the big screen again. "The only reason why I came was to see my cameo," Lee said.

The 'Fantastic Four' creator even posed with 'Ant-man' star Paul Rudd.

He even flirted with Marvel host Tamara Krinsky, telling the redhead, "All I want is an excuse to stand with my arm around you." Lee even told the cameraman to take his time and pretend that the camera is out of focus so he can spend more time with Krinsky.

Although he has always seemed to be in good health, the comic book legend had a pacemaker implanted in 2012. Stan Lee's net worth is an estimated $50 million despite his retirement.

'Ant-man' was directed by Peyton Reed and also stars Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lilly, Corey Stoll and Michael Pena. It follows the story of the thief Scott Lang (Rudd) who is approached by a wealthy scientist Hank Pym (Douglas) and offered the use of a suit that can shrink the wearer's size.

The film is also said to be the last film in Marvel Cinematic Universe's Phase Two. MCU will begin Phase Three with the highly anticipated 'Captain America: Civil War,' which will focus on the events that take place after 'Avengers: Age of Ultron.'

'Ant-man' premiered in Los Angeles on June 29, 2015. It will be released in North America on July 17, 2015.
